This place is absolutely amazing! One of the most beautiful hotels I have ever visited. Very minimalistic but also with great character. The design of the rooms and the decoration are absolutely stunning. Our host Erick was the best part of our stay! Definitely the highlight of our trip. He made us feel safe, comfortable and cared for, going above and beyond to help us get to the center of town and walking us to a beautiful restaurant he recommended and making sure that we were able to enjoy the food and drinks that represent Merida. We are extremely grateful for all that he has donde for us. He is definitely a big asset at this hotel.
This hotel is the perfect spot for your trip to Merida! First, the staff here is the most accommodating I’ve experienced to date. They have everything you need, consistently check in to make sure things are ok, and provide friendly recommendations for things to do and see around town. We felt like we’d found friends, not staff. The rooms and hotel itself are beautiful and quite new. Marble everything and high ceilings were a highlight. The hotel is filled with unique, custom pieces that transport you to Merida’s past. Finally, the location could not be better. Steps away from many great restaurants, bars, and cafes, and only a few blocks walk in either direction to find popular spots like Parque Santa Anna and Paseo Montejo. 10/10 would recommend a stay here - we will definitely be back!
Great location between the centro and the paseo. Super friendly service and a great place to relax with the pool and patio. Full kitchen available for use too.

It was a pleasant experience staying at this hotel. Staff were super friendly and helpful. The first day we said we’re heading out very early for a tour, they even packed a lunch box for us to bring it along. Nice, clean room. Pleasant aroma and amazing environment. Though there might be some noise if you’re on the first floor and someone’s walking on the 2nd floor but it’s not a big thing compared to all the good here.
